As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Lochner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Joe Lochner - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- A Producer's insurance license is required.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- Our office is open M-F 9:00 to 5:00.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1998.
- I am a proud graduate of Southern Oregon University.
- We currently have 2 team members at our agency.
- We have 46 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
